Hugh Jackman as Isamu Pahoa/Pineapple Man.

His performances in the X-Men and Swordfish has gotten the attention of the American audience. Ok, so he's not a mixture of ethnicities, but he could pull off the job.

Kelly Hu as Miyoko Tabata.

You've seen her in Martial Law. Kelly Hu has many different looks and with a blonde wig, she would make a perfect Miyo. Yes, I know, she's not Japanese, but she fit the match better than anyone.

Chang Chen as Luk Fun Chun.

Chang Chen is a very versatile actor from Taiwan. His performance as Lo in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon revealed to the world his charm, grace and passion.

Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa as Shigeru Kawafuchi.

You've got to admit that the drawings of Kawafuchi in the Pineapple Man comic books and online comics look a lot like Cary Tagawa. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Kawafuchi was based on him.

Dwayne Johnson as The Prince of Sharks.

The Rock is larger than life and that's just what we need for the Prince of Sharks to be. Most of the time he'll be morphing into a CG shark man, but the Rock would add a lot of flavor.
