Pineapple
Man.
After being left for dead, Isamu metamorphosed into a new form resembling
a cross between a hula dancer and Hawaiian feather images;
specifically, the image of Kukailimoku, the god of war. Since the
heiau he was left for dead at was actually dedicated to this god, it
stands to reason that there is a connection there. He became faster
and stronger with this transformation. His skin became thicker and
his face metamorphosed to resemble a god's image in order to instill fear
in his enemies. Spikes sprang forth from his head, neck, and limbs
giving him natural weapons and making it impossible for his foes to
grapple with him. The color scheme being golden and green made those
who saw him call him Pineapple Man for lack of a better term. It
stuck. |
